Lloyd Stone was a “treasure” to find! With his help, he found buyers for my house within months in a market that was slowing down.
Additionally Lloyd personally handled minor repairs as well as coordinating efforts with a local contractor for larger issues.
As I had already moved out of state, Lloyd’s services and advice were more than welcomed and in my opinion went above and beyond that which is expected of a realtor.
Should I ever consider relocating to NC in the future, I would NOT hesitate to engage Lloyd’s services again!
